Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  • These Terms: The Store Terms of Use

  • We / Us / Our Company: The operator of the online store established using the Service

  • The Service: The e-commerce service provided by us via the internet

  • Purchaser: A person who, after fully understanding and agreeing to the contents of these Terms and the Privacy Policy in accordance with the procedures prescribed by us, applies to purchase products

  • User: A general term for persons who, after fully understanding and agreeing to the contents of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, search for, view, or use images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, and other information (collectively, the “Content”) provided through the Service

Article 2 (Application of These Terms)
These Terms are established for Users who use the Service provided by us via the internet.
At the time a User begins using the Service, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the contents of these Terms.

Article 3 (Amendment of These Terms)
We may amend these Terms within the scope of the purposes of the Service if we deem it necessary.
If a User or Purchaser uses the Service after amendments to these Terms, such User or Purchaser shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Chapter 2 Purchase of Products

Article 4 (Purchase of Products)

  1. Users may purchase products from us using the Service.

  2. If a User wishes to purchase products, the User shall apply to purchase such products in accordance with the procedures separately prescribed by us.

  3. When applying as set forth in the preceding paragraph, after confirming the delivery destination, order details, and other information input/registered by the User, the User shall click the order button. At the time an email confirming the order details is delivered from us to the User, a sales contract for the relevant products shall be deemed to have been concluded between the User and us.

  4. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if any fraudulent or inappropriate act is found in connection with the use of the Service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.

  5. Users who are minors may not purchase products using the Service without obtaining prior consent from a qualified legal representative.

Article 5 (Change of Registered Information)
If there is any change to all or part of the name, address, or other information provided to us at the time of purchase, the Purchaser shall promptly notify us.
Even if a change is registered, any transaction for which procedures have already been completed prior to such registration shall be handled based on the information before the change.

Article 6 (Payment Methods)

  1. The total amount payable for products shall be the sum of the sales price of the products displayed on the site, consumption tax, shipping charges, and any applicable fees.

  2. Payment for products purchased through the Service shall be made only by the payment methods prescribed by us.

  3. If payment is made by credit card, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions of a separate agreement between the Purchaser and the credit card company. In the event of any dispute between the Purchaser and the credit card company arising in connection with the use of the credit card, the Purchaser and the credit card company shall resolve such dispute under their own responsibility.

  4. If payment is made by any other payment method specified in the Service and the Purchaser is required to enter into a separate agreement (including but not limited to agreeing to terms relating to such payment method) with the payment service provider, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms of such separate agreement with the payment service provider. In the event of any dispute between the Purchaser and the payment service provider arising in connection with the relevant payment method, the Purchaser and the payment service provider shall resolve such dispute under their own responsibility.

Article 7 (Returns of Products)
We shall handle returns of products from Purchasers in accordance with the “Special Provisions Regarding Returns” set forth in the “Notations Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions” published on the site.

Chapter 3 Handling of Personal Information

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
We shall handle personal information in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Chapter 4 Responsibilities in Use

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)
In using the Service, the following acts by Users or Purchasers are prohibited:

  1. Acts that cause or may cause nuisance, disadvantage, or damage to other Users, third parties, or us

  2. Acts that infringe or may infringe copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, moral rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of third parties or us

  3. Acts that are or may be contrary to public order and morals, or violate laws or regulations

  4. Using Content obtained through the Service beyond the scope of private use

  5. Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, disclosing, or engaging in similar acts with respect to Content obtained through the Service, whether directly by a User or Purchaser or via a third party other than another User

  6. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or other services provided by us

  7. Acts that damage or are likely to damage our credibility or reputation, or other acts that we reasonably deem inappropriate

  8. Any other acts that we deem inappropriate

Chapter 5 Disclaimers

Article 10 (Disclaimers)

  1. We shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage caused to any third party as a result of a User or Purchaser violating these Terms.

  2. We make no warranty of any kind as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the contents of the Service or the information that Users or Purchasers obtain through the Service.

  3. In principle, we shall bear no responsibility for any damage arising from the use of the Service by Users or Purchasers, and shall have no obligation to compensate for such damage. However, if, due to the fact that the agreement between us and the User or Purchaser based on these Terms constitutes a consumer contract as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000), or for any other reason, the exemption clauses do not apply, any provision in these Terms that completely exempts us from liability shall not apply. In addition, if the agreement based on these Terms constitutes a consumer contract and we are liable for damages due to default or tort, we shall, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, be liable only up to the total amount paid by the User or Purchaser to us based on these Terms during the one-year period prior to the date on which the damage occurred.

  4. If the Purchaser neglects or refuses to receive the products, is unable to receive the products due to long-term absence or unknown delivery address, or otherwise fails to receive the products for reasons attributable to the Purchaser, we shall fulfill our obligation to deliver the products, and be discharged from such obligation, by contacting the Purchaser at the registered contact information and bringing or delivering the products to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase.

Chapter 6 Miscellaneous Provisions

Article 11 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)
All Content provided through the Service belongs exclusively to us or third parties holding legitimate rights.
If a User or Purchaser violates this Article and a problem arises between such User or Purchaser and a third party, the User or Purchaser shall resolve such problem at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage, loss, or disadvantage to us.

Article 12 (Governing Law)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 13 (Consultation and Jurisdiction)
If any matter is not stipulated in these Terms or any doubt arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms, we and the User or Purchaser shall endeavor to resolve such matter promptly through consultation in good faith.
All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
