【Returns and Exchanges】

Please be sure to check the product for any defects within 5 days after receiving it.

We do not accept any exchanges or returns for customer reasons such as differences in color/image or incorrect sizing. Please purchase with this understanding.

We take every precaution regarding product quality; however, due to the nature of the materials, there may be minor stains, folding wrinkles, loose threads, neps (small fabric knots), or odors from dyes.

Please note that if the item can be used without issue, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

【If There Is a Defect in the Delivered Product】

If, in the unlikely event, your delivered product has a defect, please contact info@frey-online.jp with photos of the defective area attached.

We can only accept requests that have been made in advance (prior contact is required).

Please note that we cannot accommodate requests in the following cases:

  • Items for which more than 5 days have passed since delivery

  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned; items with transferred odors, discoloration, or improper storage-related issues occurring after delivery

  • Items with tags removed

  • Items returned for customer reasons such as differences in color/image or incorrect sizing

  • Stains caused by pressing marks, or hair/fiber attached due to accidental contamination

Please understand in advance that, in principle, defective items will be handled by exchange.

If a replacement item is not available, we will accept a return instead.
