About the Selling Price
The selling price shall be the amount displayed on the product page (displayed price / tax included / plus shipping).
About Shipping Fees
Flat rate nationwide: 800 yen + tax
Except for Okinawa and Hokkaido.
Okinawa and Hokkaido:
Flat rate 1,500 yen + tax
Shipping fees are charged per order, so please place a combined order whenever possible.

Special Provisions Regarding Returns
If a product is defective or a different item than ordered arrives, we will promptly arrange an exchange.
Please contact info@frey-online.jp within 5 days after receiving the product, attaching images of the defective part.
In principle, we will exchange for the same product and do not offer refunds.
However, if a replacement item is not available, we will refund the product price.
Return shipping costs incurred during exchanges will be covered by us.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations due to customer circumstances.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Even in the case of defective items, if you do not contact us within 5 days of delivery, we will be unable to accept returns.
Minor loose threads, hair or fibers attached during production, or differences in appearance due to fabric characteristics are not considered defects, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
We also cannot accept returns, exchanges, or repairs for items returned without prior notice or items purchased through secondary distribution (resale, etc.).
Please also note that we cannot accept returns for items that:

Have been tried on even once

Have been stained or damaged after delivery
If a refund occurs due to customer circumstances, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Timing of Services or Products
For regular items, orders will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving the delivery request.
Shipping times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, etc.
For made-to-order / pre-order items, shipping will begin sequentially once the items arrive.
Please check each product page for the estimated shipping date.
Cancellations for made-to-order / pre-order items cannot be accepted.
If multiple items are purchased, they will be shipped together according to the item with the latest delivery date.
If you need items urgently, please place separate orders.
(Please note that shipping fees will apply to each order.)
We do not ship on weekends, holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, or year-end/New Year holidays.
If re-delivery is required due to long-term absence or failed delivery, re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, please use the delivery notice to request re-delivery directly from the carrier.
